What You'll Do in This Role
As a Customer Representative on reputed company, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing first-class customer satisfaction at reputed company times, and doing whatever it takes to support our customers following our guidelines.
- Handling incoming customer contacts reputed company telephone, email, chat, or social media, and logging call details onto our call tracking systems.
- Supporting consumers in the sales and after-sales process by qualifying their needs, recommending products, and providing after-sales support.
- Forwarding escalations and defined topics to our clients' brand units and/or contact persons reputed company necessary.
