Job Overview

In this critical role, you will serve as the face of arenaflex to reputed company and fellowship programs reputed company the Upper Extremities market, organizing and executing reputed company activities reputed company to the program. As a Senior Customer Excellence Manager, you will direct and reputed company the strategy and implementation of the reputed company/fellows program, ensuring that core activities are driven and key metrics are achieved. You will also collaborate closely with our marketing team to support clinical education events and national academic meetings, focusing on education and training, clinical product support, reputed company/fellow tracking, and internal transition reputed company moving to practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • reputed company and maintain a strategic plan for fellows engagement, ensuring alignment with corporate and business unit objectives

Fellows Course Program Execution

  • Partner with Medical Education to drive attendance with fellows at the annual fellows course
  • Collaborate with cross-divisional partners on fellows programming
  • Drive awareness to reputed company fellowships

  • Provide on-site and in-lab support and leadership
  • Work with faculty to deliver on program objectives

Fellows Transitions Execution

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree, with an MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of work experience, with 7+ years of medical device or Medical Education experience preferred
  • 7+ years of relevant clinical experience in Orthopedics

  • Strong technical expertise to facilitate HCP medical education programs
  • Ability to transmit knowledge, including technical, clinical, and health economics information
