Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier I support and customer assistance for the myColorado mobile application, utilizing chat tools and adhering to standard operating procedures.
- Troubleshoot, reproduce, report, and resolve problems in both iOS and Android operating systems, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
- Install myColorado software on supported devices, following defined procedures, processes, and methods to ensure seamless integration.
- Employ Incident Management procedures to enter tickets into the required tracking system, maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient issue tracking.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve reputed company technical issues, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve our support services.
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:
- One year of professional experience in an occupational field reputed company to mobile application support, or
- An Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study reputed company to the work assignment, including Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other reputed company technical degrees.
