As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in helping customers navigate and succeed with arenaflex's software, becoming a product expert and guiding customers in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses.

The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on providing top-tier support to our customers reputed company phone, email, or chat. You'll be responsible for:
- Providing expert guidance and support to customers in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses
- Troubleshooting and solving general technical issues reputed company to the arenaflex platform
- Reporting customer feedback and issues to relevant teams and following up as needed
- Identifying and documenting any software bugs or issues for reputed company improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
