The Role

As an In-Home Usage Tester with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, providing valuable feedback to big brands and helping shape the products and services that we reputed company use. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
• Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
• Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
• Participating in private chat rooms that may be reputed company by market research firms to discuss the product being tested
• Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualities:

• Ability to follow specific instructions and work independently
• Excellent attention to detail and a curious spirit
• Ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
• Access to a computer and a reliable internet reputed company
• Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
• Honesty and reliability
• Good communication skills (an asset)
• 18 years or older
