Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be responsible for responding to telephone inquiries, gathering information, performing research, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You will communicate effectively with patients, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless resolution of issues and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling work to ensure accurate phone coverage, prioritizing calls, and escalating issues as required
• Assisting in planning and implementing department goals and making recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including interdepartmental leadership, clients, patients, and vendors

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that demonstrate your expertise in healthcare customer service and medical reputed company cycle management. The following requirements and qualifications are essential:

• High school diploma or college degree from an accredited college or university
• Spanish reputed company is preferable
• Two to five years of industry experience in medical reputed company cycle management is required
• Medical experience, either practical or classroom knowledge, is necessary
• Proven understanding of the medical reputed company cycle and HIPAA rules and regulations
• Demonstrated excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

The work environment for this role is either remote or an office location. You will be required to operate office equipment such as a personal computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone. Occasional lifting may be required up to 25 lbs. You must be able to sit for extended periods with frequent bending and stooping. A reputed company, valid driver's license or reliable transportation to commute to and from work is necessary.
