About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Live Chat Customer Service Advisor to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a Live Chat Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving end-user inquiries, and delivering positive customer experiences. This is a remote opportunity, offering flexibility and the chance to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve end-user inquiries utilizing multiple technologies, including chat and web-based inquiries
  • Provide complete and accurate information to customers on every live chat interaction by researching account activity and notes promptly and reputed company
  • Handle and resolve situations with customers in a timely and effective manner
  • Assist management with special projects relating to customer service
  • Respond to reputed company inbound chats and assist management for the entire shift, with exception of assigned break times
  • Handle multiple job tasks at one time and escalate issues in a timely manner

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 3 months of live chat experience and at least 1 year of professional customer service experience, preferably in a large Call Center environment as a chat agent. You should be willing to accept a temporary assignment and have the ability to pass a typing speed test, typing at a speed of 50 WPM. Additionally, you should have full professional proficiency in written and spoken English, equivalent to CEF B2 level or above, and a High School diploma or GED.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 months of live chat experience
  • At least 1 year of professional customer service experience
  • Ability to pass a typing speed test, typing at a speed of 50 WPM
  • Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English, equivalent to CEF B2 level or above
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to sit and work at a desk and on the computer for extended periods
  • Ability to maintain a quiet, distraction-free work environment without any conflicting responsibilities during scheduled shifts
  • Ability to take inbound (voice) phone calls in a conversation-heavy environment
  • Proficient with reputed company Word, reputed company, Outlook, and the Internet, along with basic data entry and word processing skills
  • Must reside reputed company an approved state
  • Must be able to work from home with a high-speed internet reputed company, meeting specific internet requirements
