The Customer Operations Specialist (COS) will be the primary liaison between our operations team, pilots, and valued customers, ensuring seamless communication and the highest level of satisfaction. • Generate customer reports indicating services provided and results of inspections
• Solidify hard data from a number of vague clues, utilizing your analytical skills to drive insights

• Coordinate with maintenance to understand aircraft availability and its impact on flight operations
• Communicate expectations of performance to pilots prior to mission execution
