Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service experiences consistently
- Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and address customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, or online chat
- Accurately enter application data, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to defined procedures and policies
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

- Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility to proceed through training and certifications

Requirements:
