The Role
As a Bilingual Customer Support Online Chat Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our users through our Intercom customer messaging platform. You'll be responsible for:
- Answering live chat messages and supporting the needs of our users in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese
- Collecting and relaying customer feedback to the rest of the arenaflex team
- Identifying potential issues and coordinating with the Development team
- Supporting other Customer Support projects as necessary

* Experience: We require a minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Support, with the ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English and ideally in Spanish or Portuguese.
* Aptitude for Learning: We'll give you the training to be able to answer most of the questions that come your way, but part of the role involves you learning the user journey and being able to creatively address their questions.
Essential Qualifications
- Strong reputed company in English
- Bilingual skills in Spanish or Portuguese
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Support
- Familiarity with Intercom, reputed company, Retool, reputed company, reputed company, Braintree, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, and reputed company (a plus)
- Coding knowledge is not required but is a plus
- Reliable internet reputed company (at least 10 MB/s)
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if needed
Preferred Qualifications
