Responsibilities

  • Assist the Global Head of HRC/EDD in managing the Global High-Risk Client program and specifically the ongoing maintenance of EDD Policies & Procedures both Retail & Corporate High Risk Clients.
  • Provide strategic support and insights on high-risk customer monitoring and other critical HRC/EDD initiatives.
  • Take ownership of the Global High-Risk Client Governance Forums to ensure there is connectivity and ongoing collaboration & information sharing between the First Line of Defence (FLOD) and Second Line of Defence (SLOD) teams.
  • Implement and reputed company the high-risk customer monitoring program for Global markets inclusive of reputed company of enhancement & remediation efforts.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance products and systems reputed company to HRC/EDD.
  • Document global HRC/EDD requirements, including the global standard and compiling and maintaining the local requirements per country.
  • Partner with local MLROs to ensure localization where applicable.
  • Serve as an advisor in the Customer Risk Rating (CRR) methodology for High Risk Clients globally.
  • Stay reputed company on global HRC/EDD standards such as FATF, as well as local requirements in regions where the company operates.

    • Requirements

  • 8+ years of EDD experience.
  • ACAMS, ACFCS or other industry leading certification.
  • 4+ years of management experience.
  • 4+ years of experience managing the periodic reviews including the monitoring of high risk customers.
  • Knowledge and experience with global CDD/EDD requirements.
  • Knowledge and experience with implementing customer risk scoring frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of AML/CFT and sanctions risks.
  • Knowledge of global licensing requirements reputed company to financial services and crypto reputed company business activities.
  • Experience with reputed company beneficial ownership structures.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem solving, and writing skills.
  • Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work in a fast-paced remote working environment.
