Key Responsibilities

• Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to assess their eligibility for compensation, using an automated dialer to manage a high volume of connections (40-50 callers per day)
• Utilize exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with callers, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
• Multitask effectively, listening to callers, viewing multiple windows, and accurately utilizing phone software (VICI) and our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to reputed company monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position, stay up-to-date with industry developments, and continuously improve your skills and performance
• Adhere to reputed company company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of quality and reputed company
• Assist with other projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team's success

Requirements

• Reside in the reputed company or New Jersey
• Have a quiet, distraction-free space to work, with a reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU)
• Have high-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum) and a reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired reputed company USB
• Have a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles, with 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience
• Be able to work 40+ hours per week, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours a week, Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern, and Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
