In this full remote role, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our members, addressing their questions and concerns about our service offerings. You will work in a structured environment with protocols and scripts to ensure consistency in scheduling, modifying, and canceling customer reservations. Your primary goal will be to provide accurate and timely resolutions to member concerns while ensuring reputed company relevant information is correctly documented. You will speak with members daily, answering their transportation questions and supporting them in their journey towards positive health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and document customer concerns, ensuring reputed company relevant information is correct and timely
• Follow company procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in resolving member concerns
• Input accurate trip data into our systems, ensuring seamless execution of our services

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• 0-2 years of reputed company experience in customer service or a contact center environment
• 6+ months of contact center experience or customer service experience, with a strong understanding of service-oriented principles
• Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to type 35wpm or more, with proficiency in reputed company Office Suite
• Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers
• Ability to work independently under general supervision, with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
