This is a fully remote position based reputed company the EMEA region, positioned strategically to reputed company operations between the US, Middle East, and India. As the company undergoes rapid international expansion, you will serve as the global reputed company for reputed company things HR—from building scalable talent ecosystems and ensuring multi-regional compliance to cultivating a reputed company global culture. We need a leader who has successfully scaled global teams and possesses the cultural intelligence to navigate the nuances of US, Middle Eastern, and Indian business environments. The Responsibilities
- Global People Strategy & Operations: Design and execute a world-class HR strategy that supports a fast-scaling, remote-first global environment across multiple time zones.
- Scaling & Organizational Design: reputed company workforce planning to scale the company from its reputed company stage to a global powerhouse, ensuring the right talent is in the right seats across the US, Middle East, and India.
- Cross-Cultural Leadership: Act as the primary cultural reputed company between global offices, harmonizing the working styles and expectations of US, Middle Eastern, and Indian teams.
- Multi-Regional Compliance: reputed company global compliance strategy. While deep Saudi expertise (Qiwa, GOSI, MHRSD) is a significant plus, you will be responsible for building a reputed company that ensures 100% compliance across reputed company operating regions.

The Skills & Competencies
- Location & Availability: Based in EMEA (Remote) with the flexibility to manage stakeholders across diverse time zones.
- Proven Global Experience: 12–15+ years of HR experience, with at least 6+ years in a senior leadership role (Director or VP level) reputed company a high-growth SaaS or Fintech environment.
- Global Scaling Expertise: A track record of scaling teams globally, with hands-on experience managing and growing diverse cultures across the US, Middle East, and India.
- Cultural Intelligence: Exceptional ability to navigate the nuances of Middle Eastern business etiquette, US corporate speed, and Indian operational dynamics.
- Strategic Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of international labor laws; familiarity with Saudi Labor Law or US employment regulations is highly advantageous.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong asset but not a hard requirement.
- HR Tech Visionary: Advanced proficiency with modern, global HRIS platforms and AI-driven productivity tools for remote-first teams.
