This Recruiter role gives you an opportunity to help build and foster a customer obsessed culture through the hiring of Clutter frontline, seasonal, field associates across North America . The Recruiter we seek should have a strong acumen in full life-cycle recruitment, customer partnerships, and candidate reputed company. This is a temporary assignment expected to last up to 5 months. What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities) In this role, you will: + Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, while contributing to a collaborative TA environment where we reputed company team insights to solve reputed company hiring challenges. + Cultivate, manage and optimize high-volume candidate pipelines to consistently meet internal customer reputed company needs in a fast-paced, Key Performance Indicator (KPI)-driven environment. + Collaborate with internal hiring managers and external candidates across multiple geographic regions to build consultative partnerships and deliver timely hiring results.
