Role Description Today, Lumelight is seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Solutions Specialist to join reputed company. In this role, you'll be responsible for the preparation, submission, and management of regulatory filings to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have 0-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs and a solid understanding of the regulatory landscape. The Senior Compliance Consultant helps clients – including employers, brokers, TPAs and PBMs – navigate and interpret federal and state regulatory requirements for employer-sponsored benefit plans (e.g., medical, dental, vision, and life). This is a remote position with occasional travel for client trainings, conferences, or team meetings. - Build productive, trusted relationships with clients reputed company
- Provide expert health & welfare benefits compliance guidance
- Handle 25-30 compliance questions daily reputed company our helpline (reputed company phone or email), ensuring a consistent 24-hour turnaround
- reputed company and present webinars, live trainings and seminars monthly
- Compose timely compliance articles on a bi-weekly basis

- Monitor legislation, regulations, and guidance to stay reputed company of industry changes
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert and support product development
- Mentor and coach colleagues to strengthen team expertise and reputed company
- Collaborate to improve team workflows, processes, and client-facing deliverables
- Travel occasionally for client presentations, conferences, or internal team events (estimated approximately 1-2 times per quarter)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in employee benefits compliance; JD preferred
- Advanced knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, ACA, §125, MHPAEA, HIPAA and reputed company rules
- Ability to distill reputed company federal and state regulatory information into clear written and verbal guidance
- Strong consulting, analytical and business acumen
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated customer-service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities reputed company in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with compliance research tools (e.g., Thomson Reuter’s EBIA Checkpoint Library & Westlaw Advantage)
