Responsibilities for Remote Call Center Representative: As a member of the Customer Experience team, you assist customers with questions, inquiries, and issues reputed company to their healthcare coverage. You manage a steady, high volume of incoming calls from customers. You will have to navigate multiple computer systems at one time while speaking with the customer and solving issues on the phone.
