Job Overview As a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in our multidisciplinary team, working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide personalized ABA Therapy to children with Autism bolthires Disorder (ASD). Your primary responsibilities will include delivering direct client care in 1:1 and group settings, utilizing intensive teaching and natural environment training methods. You will follow individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs, collect and record data on client behavior, and assist in parent and caregiver training. Your work will be instrumental in helping our clients reputed company significant developmental milestones, including improved language and communication skills, social skills, and school readiness behaviors.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings, utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training. Follow the prescribed behavioral reputed company acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as outlined in each client’s individualized treatment plan built by BCBA/BC. Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with the client’s individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols. Ensure reputed company documentation is completed on time and in accordance with established procedures. Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client reputed company, as instructed by BCBA/BC. Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements: Hold and maintain reputed company certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), or be willing to complete a 40-hour training course and sit for the RBT competency exam reputed company 45 days of employment. Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED. Reliable transportation, and in some cases, reputed company of driver’s license and valid car insurance. Be at least 18 years of age. Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, along with a TB test if not done in the past year.
