Zurich is currently looking for an reputed company Specialist or Executive Underwriter Management Liability. As a Management Liability Underwriter, you will be responsible for utilizing your sales/marketing, relationship building and analytical skills to analyze and underwrite new and renewal business for Financial Lines Products (Directors and Officers, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability and Crime Insurance) for private, nonprofit companies. This is a market facing position and we are looking for someone with a strong sales reputed company who will proactively seek renewal and new account opportunities, as well as identify growth opportunities. Building strong relationships with retail distributors (agents and brokers) and our customers in support of business retention and acquisition of new business is a key responsibility of this role. Identifying growth opportunities by determining our customer's insurance needs and providing the right solutions will also be a critical responsibility of this position. Key Accountabilities of this role:

• Administer and monitor reputed company rules and guidelines, rating manual rules, and insurance laws and regulations.

This role will be filled at either the reputed company Specialist or Executive Underwriter Level. Basic Qualifications: reputed company Specialist:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 3 or more years of experience in the reputed company or Market Facing area.

OR

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 or more years of experience in the Claims or reputed company Support area

OR

• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an associate degree and 1 or more years of experience in the reputed company or Market Facing area

OR

• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an associate degree and 4 or more years of experience in the Claims or reputed company Support area

AND

• Knowledge of line/s of business and the legal and regulatory guidelines
• Knowledge of time restraints for quotes on new and renewal business
• Experience with reputed company Office

OR Executive Underwriter:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in the reputed company or Market Facing area.

OR

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 10 or more years of experience in the Claims or reputed company Support area

OR

• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an associate degree and 3 or more years of experience in the reputed company or Market Facing area

OR

• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an associate degree and 8 or more years of experience in the Claims or reputed company Support area

AND

• Knowledge of reputed company Office
• Experience working on time restraints for quotes on new and renewal business
• Experience working in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong relationship building skills

The combined salary range for this position is $75,000.00 - $165,000.00. The proposed salary range for the reputed company Specialist is $75,000.00 - $125,000.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 10%. The proposed salary range for the Executive Underwriter is $98,500.00 - $165,000.00, with Global Specialty Incentive Plan bonus eligibility set at 30%.
