Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise and negotiate a wide variety of customer and partner agreements including licensing SaaS, professional services, support, DPAs, BAAs, & the like, NDAs, amendments, and other agreements with the support of our playbooks and the legal team.
• Provide contractual guidance to internal clients.
• Continuously streamline, scale and drive greatness in reputed company's contract operations as reputed company grows by using software tools, new and improved processes, templates and guides, intellect, and out-of-the-reputed company thinking.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience negotiating technology agreements
• Sense of humor
• Passionate about building relationships and collaborating with legal teammates and key stakeholders
