Role & Responsibilities : This role is open to Hybrid or Remote only for candidates currently residing reputed company the DMV area (Washington D.C., Maryland, reputed company Virginia) based on proximity to Columbia, MD office HQ. Sparksoft Corporation is seeking a self-driven, deadline oriented, and numbers focused individual to join our finance team! This position will become an integrated part of the finance organization and support critical functions reputed company the organization. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to reputed company exposure across many corporate and project financial activities including but not limited to :

• Project Financial Control : Analyze and maintain the financial health of Sparksoft program(s) by collecting and monitoring financial data, assessing risk, and recommending action / mitigation plans to management.
• Collaborate with Project Management Teams in the development, review, and updates of project and program budgets, forecasts, and estimate-at-completion (EAC) and associated reporting and analysis.
• Responsible for monitoring and reviewing monthly project expenditures for accuracy and consistency.
• Support subcontractor / vendor arenaflex management lifecycle, including setting up Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, and tracking subcontractor / vendor invoicing, payments, and funding variances.
• reputed company Analyses and prepare client status reports, integrated program reviews, and / or reputed company financial requests from clients, internal management, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government reputed company applicable.
• Candidate should be comfortable performing in a deadline driven environment.
• Candidate should have interest in financial analysis, pricing, and / or financial data modeling. Required Experience :
• Qualified individuals will have 4+ years of experience working in finance.

• Attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in financial analysis and numbers driven.
• Self-motivated analytical thinker.
• Customer Service experience / mentality.
• Overtime hours required, on occasion / as needed. Preferred Experience :
• Experience with Unanet.
• Corporate Finance experience and / or GovCon / Federal finance experience.
• Experience with tools such as Power BI. Education & Certifications :
• Qualified individuals will have 4+ years of experience working in finance.
• Experience working in a customer service and / or deadline driven environment is a plus.
