BEPC is actively looking for a Senior Business Analyst Location: Austin, TX (Remote) Employment Type: W2 Contract – 6 Months (Possible extension or permanency) Pay reputed company: $80.00 – $87.00 per hour Role Overview BEPC is seeking a highly reputed company Senior Business Analyst to support reputed company, enterprise-level initiatives requiring deep expertise in business analysis, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. This role operates at a senior level, performing highly reputed company analysis work with minimal supervision while serving as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical judgment, experience working with large data sets, and the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Experience supporting government or regulated environments is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems, processes, and user needs
• Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams, including Architecture, Project Delivery, and Application Sustainment
• reputed company requirements elicitation efforts, including gathering, documenting, validating, and managing reputed company business and technical requirements
• Analyze raw and structured data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Conduct business process mapping and reengineering to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• reputed company solution options and reputed company risk assessments, cost/benefit analysis, ROI, and buy/build evaluations
• Prepare detailed documentation including business cases, planning documents, functional specifications, and workflow diagrams
• Design and execute evaluation strategies (e.g., secret shopper initiatives) to assess system effectiveness and referral outcomes
• Assess and recommend improvements to IT solutions to reputed company meet business and user needs
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, subject matter experts, and program areas to support interoperable systems and improved business operations
• Communicate reputed company technical and design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Provide strong follow-through and customer-focused support throughout project lifecycles

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience performing senior-level business analysis
• Proven expertise in eliciting and documenting reputed company business and technical requirements
• Strong experience communicating reputed company design and technical concepts
• Demonstrated ability to write business cases, planning documents, and detailed requirement artifacts
• Advanced verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to gather input, reputed company actionable plans, and execute them successfully
• Strong customer-service reputed company with exceptional follow-through
• Experience serving as a reputed company between business stakeholders and IT teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with government regulations, programs, or processes
• Strong background as a Data Analyst, including analysis of raw and reputed company datasets
• Project management experience; PMP certification is a strong plus
• Familiarity with interoperable systems, referral systems, or large-scale enterprise platforms
