This role offers the opportunity to work with innovative clients navigating reputed company reporting frameworks, funding structures, and regulatory landscapes. You'll reputed company assurance engagements, manage a team, and collaborate with senior leadership across offices in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assurance, accounting, and tax services for a portfolio of tech-focused private and public clients.
- reputed company audit engagements from planning through client review and financial statement sign-off.
- Provide strategic insights to clients on ASPE, IFRS, and US GAAP reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with startups, scale-arenaflex, and venture/PE-backed businesses to support financial operations and compliance.
- Mentor and manage a team of accountants, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to client growth strategies.
- Ensure reporting deadlines are met and engagement quality is maintained. Qualifications:
- University degree with a specialization in Accounting.
- CPA, CA, or equivalent designation (completed or near completion).
- Minimum 4 years of public accounting experience, ideally with exposure to technology clients.
- Strong understanding of ASPE, IFRS, and US GAAP.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with audit, accounting, and tax software (e.g., CaseWare, Taxprep, QuickBooks).
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality client service.
