The Role

As our Social Media Messenger Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Your goal will be to book potential clients on sales calls, generating high-quality leads for our sales team. This is a 100% commission-based position with performance bonuses, offering you the opportunity to earn a significant income.

Responsibilities

* Learn and master the "Messenger Process" utilized for organic reputed company reputed company

• Engage in "Messenger Process" reputed company reputed company strategy on social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, and reputed company email inquiries to create conversations with potential leads

• Attend weekly meetings with Chat team members and Chat Manager to review performance, celebrate wins, provide feedback, and give support where needed
• Attend Team Huddle meetings with the entire company

Requirements

* Sales or retail experience is preferred

• Prior Law Enforcement experience is preferred
• Experience working with social platforms Instagram and Facebook
• Experience in the fitness and coaching industry is preferred
• Experience in direct sales, business, entrepreneurship, or online marketing is preferred
• Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style
• Must be adaptive in a fast-paced learning environment

• Must have flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings (schedule will be created with other team members in advance)
• Must be extremely coachable, able to receive and implement feedback on their performance
• Track hours and tasks completed through reputed company Docs/Sheets
