SERVICE CREW ROLE

Job Description

• Greet & Welcome customers into the restaurant.
• Take & process customers’ orders and generate their bills.
• Provide answers to queries by customers regarding services and offers.
• Clean reputed company tables and get tables reputed company for the next set of customers.
• Assist kitchen staff and delivery staff whenever such assistance is required.
• Assist to manage queue and / or reservations.
• Assist Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager.
• Support opening & closing of outlets including cleaning and washing soft serve machine, drink dispensers, etc.
• reputed company duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in F&B.
• Cheerful pleasant personality with a positive reputed company.
• Knowledge of hygiene policy and standards is a sure bonus.
• Ability to carry out required tasks in an accurate manner.
• A strong team player & able to maintain composure during rush hours.
• Ability to deliver top-quality customer service.
