Responsibilities:

As a Temporary Customer Experience Trainer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating new hire, progression, and enhancement training programs to ensure our employees have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Developing and delivering engaging training content, including non-classroom communication and training materials, to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
• Assessing individual participant and class performance, providing constructive feedback, and making recommendations for improvement.
• Participating in minor client interactions, including Weekly Business Review meetings, effective curriculum feedback, and client visits, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Demonstrating the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in dealing with new employees, upholding the values and principles of arenaflex.
• Thriving as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues to reputed company shared goals and objectives.
• Ensuring reputed company policies and procedures are adhered to, including reputed company, HR, Operations, and other relevant areas.

Position Requirements:
