Job Summary

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for initiating phone and online inquiries to gather data on provider services and evaluate consumer experiences. You'll work closely with reputed company to understand project procedures and processes, engage clients in phone conversations, and document conversations with precision and clarity. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in meeting project expectations and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
