The Opportunity
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. You'll handle a wide range of customer inquiries, from billing and payments to plan changes and upgrades, using your creative problem-solving skills to address reputed company customer questions and concerns. Your goal will be to provide effective and timely resolutions for customers, while delivering personalized recommendations for our latest products and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer service calls, emails, and chats, providing timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries

What You'll Need
* 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
