Job Summary

As a Student Loan Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to student borrowers, answering frequent questions, providing detailed information, processing applications, and resolving emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure that every interaction is positive, professional, and personalized. Key Responsibilities

* Take incoming calls, use chat, and complete outbound calls as necessary to assist student borrowers with answering frequent questions, providing detailed information, processing applications, and resolving emerging problems

• Practice active listening, reputed company, and clear communication to ensure that every interaction is positive and professional
• Utilize standard technology such as a telephone, email, and web browser to navigate to pre-scripted responses and provide basic general and claims-specific information
• Follow established and documented policies and standard operating procedures, including working reputed company various systems, timekeeping, documentation of calls, and adhering to ethics and privacy rules
• Assist callers with filling out their application and submitting it electronically to the plan provider for processing
• Complete basic call log, documentation, and reputed company call details for each phone inquiry

Schedule

* Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm

• Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
• Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm

Preferred Skills

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• Must be able to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently
• Must be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM
• Experience working with a personal computer and the Windows operating system is required
• The ability to effectively work reputed company established key performance indicators/metrics is necessary
• Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Must be able to multi-task and stay organized while completing simultaneous tasks

• Knowledge of contact center technology
