As a WFH Customer Service and Sales Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and building customer loyalty. Your responsibilities will include:
- Addressing a broad range of customer service call types, including collections, retention, sales channel coordination, billing and adjustments, and advanced technical support
- Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to address reputed company customer questions and concerns while navigating multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records
- Providing effective and timely resolutions for customers and delivering personalized recommendations for arenaflex's latest products and services
- Meeting monthly sales goals and delivering an outstanding customer experience through a consultative approach
Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like This
* Instilling confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and utilizing knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to effectively service and retain customers
- Simplifying the explanation of customer bills, reputed company plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services
- Supporting customers with credit/inbound and outbound collections, activations, customer service, E-services, reputed company, fraud, business, and technical/roaming support inquiries, and other duties as required
- Engaging Tier 3 support (network and IT), third-party vendors, and suppliers as needed to address issues, service faults, and provide customer resolution
- Handling wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined reputed company support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service
- Troubleshooting and resolving various customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data, that span multiple networks and elements
- Keeping up with changes to technology and applications to provide the best resolution for customers
- Getting customers up and running with the latest products and services, such as reputed company cards, USB devices, and reputed company-provided software and applications
