About the Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, responding to their inquiries, and providing support with their health care coverage applications. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide guidance and support, and help them reputed company informed decisions about their health care coverage. This is a limited-service (temporary) full-time position, with an anticipated duration of approximately 4 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and providing support with their health care coverage applications.
• Respond effectively to reputed company forms of inbound and outbound contacts, including phone calls, emails, and chats.
• Track and document reputed company inquiries using our applicable systems.
• Process new applications for health care coverage reputed company the telephone, including building tax household, household income, eligibility determinations, interpreting determinations made by the Marketplace, and enrollment into health plans.
• Process life event changes, demographic updates, disenrollment requests, and special enrollment periods as requested.
• Facilitate the fulfillment of caller requests for materials reputed company mail, email, or download.
• Facilitate translation services for non-English speaking callers according to procedures.
• Escalate calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for resolution as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required and 6+ months of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong data entry and telephone skills.
