Job Summary
We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Chat Operators to join reputed company in Tulsa, OK. As a Chat Operator, you'll engage in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your goal is to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate reputed company. Key Responsibilities
* Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Represent arenaflex and our automotive dealer clients favorably, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Utilize your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers, turning conversations into leads that drive reputed company growth
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution reputed company, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with reputed company to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's digital solutions
Requirements
* Must live reputed company the state of Oklahoma
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th reputed company reputed company Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
- Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions – this is a remote position
- Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
- Gaming experience is preferred, but not required
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field (communications, marketing, or business) preferred
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or online chat environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues reputed company
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting performance metrics and deadlines
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
Preferred Qualifications
