Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process and arrange customs clearance for shipments from data sets, SOPs, duty books, web, or customs, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
- Handle and process various import-reputed company documentation for submission to US Customs, including PGA (Participating Government Agencies) filings
- Maintain and update reputed company shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements

Essential Qualifications:
