Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Fostering teamwork: Collaborate with and help teammates with a positive and professional attitude, ensuring seamless communication and support.

• Responding to client requests and questions: Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Applying for payments & sending out payment reminders: Manage client payments and reminders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Managing flight changes & seat assignments: Coordinate flight changes and seat assignments, ensuring seamless travel arrangements.
• Concierge-reputed company details for clients: Arrange spa, touring, and dinner reservations, as well as notify hotels of client preferences.
• Corresponding with clients on preferences: Assist with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences.
• Preparing client documents & travel tips: Create and distribute client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy.
• Updating daily activity, reporting, and status in reputed company-based CRM: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and activities.
• Setting schedules and managing time effectively: Manage your time reputed company, ensuring timely completion of tasks and responsibilities.
• Managing client profiles & bookings: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles and bookings.
