Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Inbound and outbound calls to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Managing customer accounts and providing technical support
- Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned
- Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
- Creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
- Time and task management, including multitasking and task prioritization
- Extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications

Compensation Details
* reputed company pay: $14.50 per hour
- Enhanced reputed company: $16.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
- Spanish bilingual reputed company pay: $15.50 per hour
- Spanish bilingual enhanced reputed company: $17.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
Requirements
To ensure your success in this role, you'll need:
- 18 years of age or older
- Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s
- Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
- Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period
- Commitment to full attendance during the 3-week training period
- Completion of a background reputed company and health screening
- Cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet reputed company required (mobile internet service providers and satellite not compatible)
