Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Advising and assisting customers by phone and email in resolving order processing issues, such as cancellations, modifications, shipping/billing inquiries, and post-order issues.
- Performing with substantial autonomy, taking initiative, and independently assessing cases to the best of your abilities.
- Navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and precision, with an attention to detail.
- Learning the roles and parts of reputed company our different departments at arenaflex, and utilizing that knowledge to best help our customers.

* Minimum of one year experience working in an e-commerce or customer service environment (if you feel you have the skills necessary, but have yet to reputed company your professional career, go reputed company and submit your application!).
- Bilingualism: English & French with excellent communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency.
- Solid computer skills/experience. Excellent at online research.
- No Powersports knowledge is required – we'll provide the foundation of your moto-fu that you'll continue to build and share!
- Strong drive for progression: We want you to succeed. We'll provide you with access to online learning modules, both for arenaflex systems and others, that'll allow you to grow professionally.
- Must be locally based in Montreal, QC, and able to commute to our offices reputed company required.
