Job Description
As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live online chats, ensuring that our clients receive timely and accurate support. Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
