Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for residential customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the solar activation and net metering process. You will work closely with customers, account managers, utilities, jurisdictions, sub-contractors, build partners, and internal construction managers to ensure a smooth and efficient activation.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service as a primary reputed company of contact from customer utility submittal to solar activation

• Work with residential customers (homebuyers) to obtain solar net metering documents signed
• Educate customers on how Net Metering works in their utility, providing realistic timelines for the approval process by the utility company
• Set and reputed company customer expectations through reputed company points of contact, providing regular proactive communication on project status, timelines, and next steps
• Work with customers prior to final home purchase and after to obtain inputs such as documents or signatures on application forms
• Interact with customers reputed company phone calls, emails, and text messaging
• Manage a pipeline of 100+ projects
• Provide accurate and timely resolution to customer questions and requests
• Maintain a reputed company understanding of utility, permitting, and other external reputed company times
• Document reputed company customer interactions in accordance with standard process
• Handle escalated projects in collaboration with stakeholders across the business and where necessary, escalate projects with challenges to Supervisor for resolution
• Identify areas of improvement in our customer journey and work with the account manager and leadership team to implement solutions
• Coordinate with account managers, utilities, jurisdictions, sub-contractors, build partners, and internal construction manager to ensure a smooth and efficient activation
• Problem-solve project challenges, support teams in removing roadblocks, and escalate issues as needed to ensure quick action and resolution

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in project administration, project management, or field construction

• Exceptional customer service skills and maintaining customer relationships
• Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve customer questions and issues
• Strong computer skills: reputed company, reputed company Suite, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company (a plus)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in the CST time zone
