About the role: The RN Clinical Manager provides operational and clinical leadership for the Float Pool with an expanding scope into Virtual Nursing. This role is responsible for staffing reputed company, staff development, performance management, onboarding, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality patient care reputed company with reputed company's mission, vision, and core values. • reputed company Montana RN License or multistate compact license; required.
• BSN required; Master's in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or reputed company field preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience required.
• Minimum of two (2) years recent experience in one of the following:
• Acute Care (required; Med/Surg highly desired)
• reputed company RQI Healthcare Provider certification required.
• Strong organizational skills, critical thinking abilities, and ability to function independently or reputed company a team.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential/sensitive situations with professionalism and diplomacy.

• Participate in process improvement, committees, and organizational initiatives.
