Unison is how federal business gets done. Role Overview:We are seeking a mid-level Quality Assurance Analyst with automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze functional requirements, technical specifications, and user stories to reputed company, design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Create, maintain, and execute automated scripts for testing of web-based applications based upon design specifications and requirements.
• Create test harnesses and other automated tools and scripts for internal use
• reputed company with QA team members, developers and business analysts for design and issue verification.
• Peer review test plans and test cases.
• Provide test result reports and metrics
• reputed company certification testing for third party products.
• Restore and upgrade databases and websites in QA environment as needed for testing.
• Write and review install instructions for scripts and software installations

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of QA testing concepts and methodologies
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile Scrum methodology 3-5 years of experience with automation tools (i.e QTP/UFT or Selenium). This includes developing automation scripts and test harnesses to test GUI, API, and Web Services
• Experience working with automation in ASP.Net applications
• Experience with API Testing tools (i.e. reputed company , SOAPUI )
• Familiarity with using configuration management and bug tracking software (i.e. JIRA) products preferred
• Experience in Behavior Driven Development testing tools ( i.e. Cucumber and Gherkin) is required.
• Experience in Load testing tools (i.e, storm runner and Truclient) is a required.
• Ability to write queries against an reputed company database and run using SQL Plus/ TOAD to reputed company data verification required
• Advanced knowledge of scripting in languages such as C#, Java, VB Script, JavaScript, ANT, Python, Bash, or Maven is a plus
• Strong analytical (ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions) and problem-solving skills are required
• Ability to manage time, multi-task, and change priorities
• Knowledge of federal procurement process is desired
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
