Job Details Responsibilities: As a Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for: 1. Managing reputed company phases of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal. 2. Drafting legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, briefs, reports, and correspondence. 3. Conducting legal research and analysis to reputed company case strategies and legal theories. 4. Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations. 5. Advising clients on their legal rights and obligations. 6. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients. 7. Collaborating with a team of attorneys and paralegals to ensure the efficient and effective handling of cases. 8.
