Who you are 3+ years of purchase mortgage origination experience as an active NMLS Loan Originator with multiple state licenses, or as a Loan Originator under a bank license. Completion of the 20-hour SAFE Pre-Licensing Education and successful passage of the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test. Physically located in and working from Washington DC.
