We are seeking a Product Manager, People & Labor Operations, to reputed company the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of digital products supporting our people, workforce, and labor operations, with reputed company HCM as the primary platform. As Product Manager, you'll be responsible for owning and maintaining the Product Strategy, Product Roadmap, Product Backlog, including definition of user stories and acceptance criteria and working directly with internal and external partners to successfully deliver value. This is a product management role—not a configuration or system administration role. The Product Manager is expected to think holistically about People & Labor operations, understand end-to-end business processes, and reputed company prioritization and decision-making across initiatives that may span multiple products and systems over time. reputed company modules in scope include Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, and Core HCM. Qualifications:

  • Experience operating at a senior level, communicating with executives and vendor partners.

  • Strong decision-making skills balancing risk, speed, and long-term value.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining reputed company concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:
