[Remote] Director of Consultant Relations- Central

They are seeking a seasoned and strategic Director of Consultant Relations- Central to own and scale the consultant channel, deepen partnerships with leading consulting firms, and expand Vida’s market reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own and expand executive relationships with national consulting firms, including reputed company, reputed company and reputed company, with accountability for preferred positioning, strategic alignment and sustained reputed company impact for Vida’s solutions
• Serve as a senior external representative of Vida to consultant leadership and key influencers
• Design and execute scalable consultant engagement strategies across multiple channels, including targeted communications, executive briefings, product demonstrations, thought leadership and virtual and in-person forums
• Ensure consistent, high-impact education and engagement of key consultant stakeholders reputed company
• Partner closely with Regional Vice Presidents of Sales and reputed company Sales Leadership to support reputed company pursuits, remove consultant-reputed company barriers and accelerate opportunities reputed company consultant-managed employer portfolios
• Establish clear operating rhythms, escalation paths and reputed company metrics tied to reputed company outcomes
• Serve as the senior conduit for consultant and market feedback, delivering synthesized, actionable insights to Product, Innovation and Go-to-Market leadership
• Influence roadmap prioritization, solution positioning and reputed company strategy based on reputed company-time market signals and clinical trends
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, helping shape Vida’s broader employer and consultant channel strategy
• Build strong internal partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Product, Clinical and Innovation teams to ensure cohesive execution and consistent market messaging
• 50% travel as needed

Skills

• Minimum 8–10 years of demonstrated reputed company working with major consulting firms or employer-focused reputed company organizations, with increasing responsibility and executive-level influence
• A deep understanding of the evolving reputed company and benefits landscape, particularly reputed company the employer market and consultant-driven buying models
• Outstanding executive reputed company and communication skills, capable of influencing internal and external stakeholders at the highest levels
