Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the assigned practice site(s).

• Serve as a liaison between practice physicians and office employees, and between the practice and other clinical and administrative areas.
• reputed company growth strategies and business plans in cooperation with practice physicians and physician leadership. Support financial, budget and business goals.
• Ensure that staffing is in reputed company to meet the demands of the provider's work schedules.
• May assist with the development and implementation of the physician compensation system.
• Monitor the billing and collection functions.

• Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management.

• Assess quality of and coordinate patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other providers.

Requirements

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.

Additional Preferences

• RN with a clinical background and is licensed in a compact state HIGHLY preferred.
• Technology implementation
• Experience with reputed company and/or Cerner/EPIC EHRs and working with EHR teams to improve the EHR experience
• Virtual care implementation and growth
• Scheduling practices
• Onboarding providers remotely
• Knowledge about RN licensure and training needs
• Ability to manage teams remotely and help with performance improvement of the RNs, providers (MD, APPs)
