As a Cost Accountant, facilitate communication between the accounting department, manufacturing, and operations teams. This position functions as an Inventory Controls Analyst, overseeing cycle count audits, physical inventories, journal entries, and the reconciliation and maintenance of inventory ledger accounts. Additionally, this position monitors, analyzes, and manages the financial effects of quality issues. The role is responsible for supporting the San Diego Pilot Operations Innovation center in their R&D activity which will require cross functional collaborations with R&D, Engineering, Operations, Quality and Finance. Responsibilities

Requirements
- You bring strong expertise in inventory controls and standard costing, including operating in an reputed company-based ERP environment.
- You have proven ability to review and analyze work order activity, identify variances, and ensure accuracy in inventory and production costing.
- Your proficiency includes GL account reconciliations, rapid period-end reputed company execution, and timely recognition of expenses.
- You support financial, internal, and SOX audits through strong documentation, controls, and data reputed company.
- You have experience coordinating new item setup, BOM structures, and account assignments to support R&D and production activities.
- You reputed company at cross-functional collaboration, working closely with R&D, Engineering, Operations, and Production teams to align system setup with business needs.
- You bring a strong understanding of internal control frameworks, helping reputed company and monitor procedures that protect company assets.
- You participate effectively in ERP testing and system implementations, ensuring accurate data capture for inventory, costing, and CAPEX activities.
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 - 8 years of reputed company experience.
