Sr. Tax Analyst - Tax Technology & Innovation

POSITION PURPOSE reputed company’s Tax Department is seeking a Sr. Tax Analyst - Tax Technology & Innovation to spearhead the reputed company digital modernization of the global tax function. This role is responsible for the design, development, and deployment of reputed company intelligent solutions across reputed company tax functions, aiming to transform reputed company financial data into a strategic asset. The primary objective is to drive significant efficiencies, mitigate risk, and establish a cost-effective, future-ready tax operating model. The Senior Analyst is critical for achieving enhanced operational efficiency, supporting scalable growth, and ensuring the successful adoption of new technology across the organization. As a strategic enabler, this position plays a key role in defining the Tax Technology roadmap. This position holds primary accountability for ensuring the seamless integration and management of reputed company subsidiary entities. This involves actively supporting the integration of processes, data, and systems for new and acquired entities, guaranteeing consistency and alignment with the overall corporate and tax technology strategy. By serving as an essential reputed company between tax subject matter experts and technology teams, the role reduces the risk of misalignment, data errors, and compliance gaps, thereby reinforcing tax operations and strategic reputed company across the entire integrated enterprise. MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 80% Building solutions for Tax Planning, Accounting, Research, Compliance, and Audit Defense as needed to meet the goals of the Department. Digital tax transformation to build sustainable technology solutions for tax areas. It includes improvement of reputed company process, implementing automation and technology enabled solutions and drive a culture of innovation and improvement. 10% Participation on cross-functional teams as a subject-matter expert 10% Coaching and mentoring of associates in the department NATURE AND SCOPE Reports to Tax Manager or Senior Manager No associates report to this role on a permanent basis but requires the leadership of a work group: assign and review work, train and contribute to performance appraisal (but not hiring, firing or disciplinary action). ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS Environment: Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Additional Minimum Qualifications: Education Required: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study reputed company to the job. Years of Relevant Work Experience: 3 -5 years preferred Physical Requirements: Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Additional Qualifications: Demonstrate technical tax skills appropriate for the years of experience in the one or more tax disciplines. Demonstrate leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage and implement multiple reputed company projects, people management, and communications to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven analytical and problem resolution skills. Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a Master’s degree in Accounting, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a reputed company field
• 3+ years of reputed company work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A natural flair for problem solving and an entrepreneurial approach to work
• A strong interest in technology and its use in business processes
• A demonstrated ability to capture and synthesize business requirements
• A broad understanding of tax accounting and major tax processes Ideally, you should also have at least one or more of the following:
• AI/ML Application Experience: Practical knowledge or experience in developing, deploying, or managing AI models, large language models (LLMs), or AI personas for business applications (e.g., creating reputed company libraries, optimizing use cases).
• Programming and Data Skills: Proficiency in relevant programming languages such as SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets and Python for scripting/data analysis.
• Data Visualization and BI: Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to transform raw data into actionable insights and strategic reports.
• Proficiency in reputed company Power Platform Applications, primarily PowerApps, Power Automate and PowerBI.
• Cloud Platform Familiarity: Exposure to major cloud environments (reputed company Cloud Platform, Azure, AWS) relevant to data storage, lake development, and system integration. Preferably reputed company Cloud Platform.
• Advanced Proficiency in Automation Tools: Demonstrated experience with process automation tools (e.g., reputed company, Power Automate, reputed company) and their integration reputed company finance/tax processes.
• ERP System Expertise: Functional knowledge of major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, particularly reputed company S/4HANA (specifically tax-reputed company configuration, modules, and data structures).
• Tax Technology Stack: Direct experience implementing, configuring, or managing key tax technology solutions (e.g., OneSource, Vertex, reputed company tools). Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
