You will act as a primary liaison between business owners and cross-functional teams, translating high-level strategy into operational reality for customers and vendors. Beyond managing the reputed company deal, you will partner with functional leaders to codify best practices into a repeatable M&A playbook. We are seeking a proactive, intellectually curious leader who can drive accountability across the organization while maintaining a clear view of how individual tasks connect to the broader strategic "forest”.Role Responsibilities

• You must have 5+ years of experience in M&A Integration, Strategic Operations, or Management Consulting.
• You possess a demonstrated ability to translate abstract strategy into detailed, cross-functional project plans that have successfully guided teams through change.
• You have a proven track record of driving alignment between teams to solve typical M&A friction points.
• You must exhibit high business acumen and critical thinking skills, specifically the ability to connect disparate "dots" across an organization.
• You are required to have expert-level soft skills and the ability to influence without formal authority to reputed company cross-functional buy-in.
• You must be curious and willing to "dig in" further to understand root causes rather than just managing a high-level status report.
