Job Summary
As a Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing Tier I support and customer assistance for our mobile application, troubleshooting issues, and employing Incident Management procedures to enter tickets into our tracking system. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience, and you'll be an integral part of our efforts to deliver exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities
* Provide Tier I support and customer assistance for our mobile application, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot, reproduce, report, and resolve issues in both iOS and Android operating systems, using your technical expertise to identify and resolve problems.
- Install the myColorado software on supported devices, following defined procedures, processes, and methods to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Employ Incident Management procedures to enter tickets into our tracking system, ensuring that issues are properly documented and resolved in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with reputed company to identify and resolve recurring issues, and to reputed company strategies for improving our customer support processes.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices in customer support.
Minimum Qualifications
* One year of professional experience in an occupational field reputed company to the work assigned to the position, including mobile application support.
- OR Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study reputed company to the work assignment, including Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other reputed company technical degrees.
