Job Summary

As a Virtual Assistant - Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound inquiries, and supporting our internal teams. * Handle and respond to 75+ inbound inquiries daily across phone, email, and live chat, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Essential Qualifications
